Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Printer won't start | Power issue, main switch off, faulty connection | Check power supply, ensure main switch is on, check all connections |
| Poor bed adhesion | Unlevel bed, dirty build surface, incorrect temperature | Re-level bed, clean with isopropyl alcohol, adjust bed temperature |
| Filament not extruding | Clogged nozzle, extruder gear slipping, incorrect temperature | Clean nozzle, check extruder tension, verify temperature settings |
| Layer shifting | Belt tension, mechanical obstruction, overheating drivers | Adjust belt tension, check for obstructions, ensure proper cooling |
| Stringing/oozing | Retraction settings, temperature too high, travel speed | Adjust retraction settings, lower temperature, increase travel speed |
| Warping | Bed temperature, cooling too fast, draft in room | Increase bed temperature, use enclosure, avoid drafts |
Error Codes
- E01: Heating failed - Check thermistor and heater cartridge
- E02: Temperature runaway - Verify cooling and thermal management
- E03: Bed heating failed - Check bed thermistor and heater
- E04: Motor stall - Check mechanical movement and drivers
- E05: Filament runout - Reload filament or check sensor
- E06: Communication error - Restart printer and check connections
