Key Features
Direct Drive Extruder
The high-torque direct drive extruder provides precise filament control, enabling reliable printing with flexible materials and reducing stringing.
Auto Bed Leveling
27-point automatic bed leveling ensures perfect first layer adhesion across the entire print surface, eliminating manual calibration.
All-Metal Hotend
Capable of reaching 300°C, the all-metal hotend allows printing with a wide range of materials including PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU, and composite filaments.
Wi-Fi Connectivity
Built-in Wi-Fi enables wireless printing, remote monitoring via smartphone app, and direct slicing from FlashPrint software.
Resume Print Function
Power failure recovery automatically saves print progress and resumes printing when power is restored, preventing failed prints.
Filament Runout Sensor
Detects when filament is depleted and pauses printing, allowing for filament change without losing print progress.
Print Technology Explained
FDM Technology
Fused Deposition Modeling builds objects layer by layer using thermoplastic filament
Linear Rails
Precision linear rails on all axes ensure smooth movement and high print accuracy
PEI Spring Steel Bed
Magnetic removable build plate with PEI coating provides excellent adhesion and easy print removal
Silent Stepper Drivers
TMC2209 stepper drivers reduce operational noise to below 50 dB during printing
Enclosed Chamber
Thermally controlled enclosure maintains consistent temperature for printing advanced materials
Camera Monitoring
Optional camera module allows remote viewing of print progress via mobile app
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Printer won't start | Power issue, emergency stop activated | Check power supply, ensure emergency stop button is released |
| Poor first layer adhesion | Bed not level, incorrect nozzle height, dirty bed | Re-level bed, adjust Z-offset, clean bed with isopropyl alcohol |
| Filament not extruding | Nozzle clogged, extruder gear slipping, filament jam | Clean nozzle, check extruder tension, clear filament path |
| Layer shifting | Belt tension, mechanical obstruction, overheating drivers | Adjust belt tension, check for obstructions, ensure proper cooling |
| Stringing/oozing | Retraction settings, printing temperature too high | Optimize retraction settings, lower printing temperature |
| Warping | Bed temperature too low, cooling too fast, draft | Increase bed temperature, reduce cooling fan speed, use enclosure |
Error Codes
- E01: Heating failed - Check thermistor and heater cartridge
- E02: Bed heating failed - Check bed thermistor and heater
- E03: Thermal runaway - Check cooling and temperature sensors
- E04: Filament runout - Replace or reload filament
- E05: Motor stall - Check for mechanical obstructions
