Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Printer won't start | Power issue, mainboard fault | Check power connection, ensure switch is on, check fuse |
| Poor first layer adhesion | Bed not level, nozzle too high, bed dirty | Re-level bed, adjust Z-offset, clean bed with isopropyl alcohol |
| Filament not extruding | Nozzle clogged, extruder gear slipping | Clean nozzle, check extruder tension, ensure filament loaded |
| Layer shifting | Belt tension, mechanical obstruction | Check and adjust belt tension, ensure smooth movement |
| Stringing between prints | Retraction settings, temperature too high | Adjust retraction distance and speed, lower nozzle temperature |
| Wi-Fi not connecting | Network issues, incorrect settings | Check network credentials, restart printer and router |
Error Codes
- E01: Temperature sensor error - Check thermistor connection
- E02: Heater error - Check heater cartridge and wiring
- E03: Motor stall - Check for mechanical obstruction
- E04: Over temperature - Allow printer to cool, check cooling fan
- E05: Under temperature - Check heater operation
- E06: Filament runout - Reload filament and resume
