Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Printer won't start Power issue, mainboard fault Check power connection, ensure switch is on, check fuse
Poor first layer adhesion Bed not level, nozzle too high, bed dirty Re-level bed, adjust Z-offset, clean bed with isopropyl alcohol
Filament not extruding Nozzle clogged, extruder gear slipping Clean nozzle, check extruder tension, ensure filament loaded
Layer shifting Belt tension, mechanical obstruction Check and adjust belt tension, ensure smooth movement
Stringing between prints Retraction settings, temperature too high Adjust retraction distance and speed, lower nozzle temperature
Wi-Fi not connecting Network issues, incorrect settings Check network credentials, restart printer and router

Error Codes

  • E01: Temperature sensor error - Check thermistor connection
  • E02: Heater error - Check heater cartridge and wiring
  • E03: Motor stall - Check for mechanical obstruction
  • E04: Over temperature - Allow printer to cool, check cooling fan
  • E05: Under temperature - Check heater operation
  • E06: Filament runout - Reload filament and resume
