Key Features

Fully Enclosed Design

The enclosed printing chamber maintains consistent temperature for better print quality and safety, preventing accidental contact with hot components.

Touch Screen Interface

3.5-inch full-color touch screen provides intuitive control over all printer functions, file management, and calibration settings.

Automatic Bed Leveling

Built-in automatic bed leveling sensor ensures perfect first layer adhesion without manual calibration for consistent print quality.

Filament Detection

Integrated filament runout sensor pauses printing when filament is depleted, allowing for seamless filament changes without print failure.

Wi-Fi Connectivity

Built-in Wi-Fi allows for wireless printing and remote monitoring via FlashPrint software or mobile app.

Quiet Operation

Stepper motor drivers and optimized mechanical design reduce operational noise to library-quiet levels, suitable for classroom or office environments.

Printing Technology Explained

FDM Technology

Fused Deposition Modeling builds objects layer by layer using thermoplastic filament

Heated Build Plate

Maintains optimal temperature for PLA and ABS adhesion during printing

Direct Drive Extruder

Precise filament control with minimal retraction for cleaner prints

Resume Print Function

Automatically resumes printing after power interruption

Multiple Connectivity

USB, SD card, and Wi-Fi connectivity options for flexible workflow

Safety Features

Thermal runaway protection and enclosed design for safe operation

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Printer won't start Power issue, safety switch not engaged Check power supply, ensure all doors are properly closed
Poor first layer adhesion Bed not level, incorrect bed temperature Re-level bed, adjust bed temperature for filament type
Filament not extruding Nozzle clogged, extruder gear slipping Clean nozzle, check extruder tension, clear filament path
Layer shifting Belt tension, mechanical obstruction Check belt tension, ensure smooth movement of all axes
Stringing between prints Retraction settings incorrect, temperature too high Adjust retraction settings, lower printing temperature
Warped prints Bed temperature too low, cooling too fast Increase bed temperature, adjust cooling fan speed

Error Codes

  • E01: Heating failed - Check thermistor and heating cartridge
  • E02: Temperature too high - Check cooling system
  • E03: Temperature too low - Check heating system
  • E04: Filament runout - Replace or reload filament
  • E05: SD card error - Check SD card connection and format
  • E06: Motor stalled - Check for mechanical obstruction
