Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Printer won't start | Power issue, safety switch not engaged | Check power supply, ensure all doors are properly closed |
| Poor first layer adhesion | Bed not level, incorrect bed temperature | Re-level bed, adjust bed temperature for filament type |
| Filament not extruding | Nozzle clogged, extruder gear slipping | Clean nozzle, check extruder tension, clear filament path |
| Layer shifting | Belt tension, mechanical obstruction | Check belt tension, ensure smooth movement of all axes |
| Stringing between prints | Retraction settings incorrect, temperature too high | Adjust retraction settings, lower printing temperature |
| Warped prints | Bed temperature too low, cooling too fast | Increase bed temperature, adjust cooling fan speed |
Error Codes
- E01: Heating failed - Check thermistor and heating cartridge
- E02: Temperature too high - Check cooling system
- E03: Temperature too low - Check heating system
- E04: Filament runout - Replace or reload filament
- E05: SD card error - Check SD card connection and format
- E06: Motor stalled - Check for mechanical obstruction
