Key Features

Dual Extrusion System

Independent dual extruders allow printing with two colors or materials simultaneously, with automatic nozzle lifting to prevent oozing and collisions.

Automatic Bed Leveling

16-point automatic bed leveling system ensures perfect first layer adhesion across the entire build plate, reducing failed prints and manual calibration.

Enclosed Chamber

Fully enclosed printing chamber maintains consistent temperature for printing advanced materials like ABS, nylon, and polycarbonate with minimal warping.

HEPA Air Filter

Built-in HEPA filtration system captures ultrafine particles and odors, making printing safer for indoor environments and reducing VOCs.

Touch Screen Interface

5-inch full-color touch screen provides intuitive control over all printer functions, file management, and real-time monitoring.

Filament Detection

Smart filament sensor automatically pauses printing when filament runs out or breaks, allowing for easy reloading without losing progress.

Printing Technology Explained

FDM Printing

Fused Deposition Modeling technology for precise layer-by-layer construction

Dual Extrusion

Simultaneous printing with two materials for complex multi-color models

High Temp Printing

Capable of printing engineering-grade materials up to 300°C

Network Printing

Wireless printing capability for remote monitoring and control

Resume Printing

Automatic resume function after power interruption

Camera Monitoring

Optional camera for remote print monitoring via network

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Printer won't start Power issue, main switch off, faulty cable Check power supply, ensure main switch is on, replace cable if damaged
Poor first layer adhesion Bed not level, wrong bed temperature, dirty build surface Re-level bed, adjust temperature settings, clean with isopropyl alcohol
Filament not extruding Nozzle clogged, extruder gear slipping, filament jam Clean nozzle, check extruder tension, clear filament path
Layer shifting Belt tension loose, mechanical obstruction, overheating drivers Tighten belts, check for obstructions, ensure proper cooling
Stringing/oozing Retraction settings incorrect, temperature too high Adjust retraction settings, lower printing temperature
Warped prints Bed temperature too low, cooling too fast, draft in room Increase bed temperature, reduce cooling fan speed, use enclosure

Error Codes

  • E01: Heater error - Check hotend thermistor and heater cartridge
  • E02: Bed heater error - Check bed thermistor and heater
  • E03: Thermal runaway - Check cooling system and temperature sensors
  • E04: Motor stall - Check for mechanical obstruction or binding
  • E05: Filament error - Check filament sensor and loading
  • E06: Communication error - Check USB/Ethernet connection
