Printing Technologies Explained

High-Speed Mode

Optimized for PLA and PETG at speeds up to 600 mm/s with accelerated cooling

Precision Mode

Reduced speed for detailed prints with enhanced dimensional accuracy

ABS/ASA Mode

Enclosed chamber heating with reduced cooling for warp-free engineering plastics

Flexible Mode

Optimized retraction and pressure advance for TPU and other flexible filaments

High-Temp Mode

Maximum chamber temperature for advanced materials like polycarbonate and nylon

Silent Mode

Reduced speed and noise for overnight printing in residential environments

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Printer won't start Power issue, emergency stop engaged Check power supply, ensure emergency stop button is released
Poor print quality Uncalibrated, wrong temperature, clogged nozzle Run auto-calibration, adjust temperature settings, clean nozzle
Filament not feeding Clogged extruder, tangled filament, incorrect tension Clear extruder jam, check filament path, adjust extruder tension
Layer shifting Belt tension, mechanical obstruction, overheating drivers Check belt tension, clear obstructions, ensure proper cooling
Bed adhesion issues Unlevel bed, wrong bed temperature, dirty surface Re-level bed, adjust temperature, clean with isopropyl alcohol
Overheating errors Failed cooling, ambient temperature too high Check fans, improve ventilation, reduce chamber temperature

Error Codes

  • E01: Heating failed - Check thermistor and heater cartridge
  • E02: Thermal runaway - Verify cooling system and temperature sensors
  • E03: Motor stall - Check for mechanical obstructions or binding
  • E04: Probe error - Clean and recalibrate auto-leveling sensor
  • E05: Filament runout - Replace or reload filament
  • E06: Communication error - Restart printer and check connections
