Key Features

Magnetic Build Surface

Removable magnetic build plate allows for easy print removal and flexible surface for better first layer adhesion.

MeanWell Power Supply

High-quality UL-certified power supply provides stable voltage output for consistent printing performance and safety.

Upgraded Extruder

All-metal extruder with improved tensioner design provides better filament feeding and reduced clogging issues.

V-Slot Aluminum Profile

High-quality aluminum extrusion frame provides excellent stability and rigidity for precise printing results.

Resume Print Function

Automatically saves printing progress and can resume printing after power failure, preventing print failures.

Precision TMC2208 Drivers

Silent stepper motor drivers reduce operating noise while providing smooth and precise movement control.

Printing Technology Explained

FDM Technology

Fused Deposition Modeling melts thermoplastic filament and deposits it layer by layer to create 3D objects.

Bowden Extruder

Lightweight print head design reduces moving mass for faster and more accurate printing movements.

Heated Bed

Maintains optimal temperature for better first layer adhesion and prevents warping of printed parts.

Auto-Leveling Ready

Compatible with BLTouch auto-leveling sensor for automatic bed leveling and perfect first layers.

Filament Runout Sensor

Optional sensor detects when filament runs out and pauses printing to allow filament change.

Community Firmware

Supports popular community firmware like Marlin and Klipper for enhanced features and customization.

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Printer won't start Power issue, faulty power supply Check power connection, verify power switch is on, test outlet
Poor print quality Unlevel bed, incorrect temperature, clogged nozzle Re-level bed, calibrate temperature settings, clean nozzle
Filament not extruding Clogged nozzle, extruder gear slipping, wrong temperature Clean nozzle, check extruder tension, verify temperature settings
Layer shifting Loose belts, stepper driver issues, mechanical obstruction Tighten belts, check stepper connections, clear obstructions
Warped prints Bed not level, insufficient bed adhesion, cooling too fast Re-level bed, use adhesion aids, adjust cooling settings
Stringing/oozing Temperature too high, retraction settings incorrect Lower temperature, adjust retraction distance and speed

Common Issues & Solutions

  • Bed Adhesion Problems: Clean bed with isopropyl alcohol, adjust Z-offset, use adhesion promoters
  • Nozzle Clogs: Perform cold pulls, use cleaning filament, replace nozzle if necessary
  • Under-extrusion: Calibrate E-steps, check filament diameter, increase flow rate
  • Overheating: Check cooling fans, reduce printing speed, improve ventilation
  • SD Card Issues: Format card properly, use compatible card, check file corruption
  • Z-axis Binding: Lubricate lead screws, check alignment, adjust coupling tightness
