Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Printer won't start | Power issue, faulty power supply | Check power cable connection, verify power switch position |
| Poor first layer adhesion | Bed not level, incorrect nozzle height | Re-level bed, adjust Z-offset, clean build surface |
| Filament not extruding | Clogged nozzle, extruder gear slipping | Clean nozzle, check extruder tension, clear filament path |
| Layer shifting | Belt tension, mechanical obstruction | Check belt tension, ensure smooth axis movement |
| Stringing/oozing | Temperature too high, retraction settings | Lower temperature, adjust retraction distance and speed |
| Warped prints | Bed temperature, cooling, ambient temperature | Increase bed temperature, reduce cooling, use enclosure |
Error Codes
- E1: Hotend temperature error - Check thermistor and heating cartridge
- E2: Bed temperature error - Check bed thermistor and heater
- E3: Thermal runaway - Check all thermal components
- E4: Power loss - Check power supply and connections
- E5: Filament runout - Replace or reload filament
- E6: Motor stall - Check for mechanical obstructions
