Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Printer won't start Power issue, faulty power supply Check power cable connection, verify power switch position
Poor first layer adhesion Bed not level, incorrect nozzle height Re-level bed, adjust Z-offset, clean build surface
Filament not extruding Clogged nozzle, extruder gear slipping Clean nozzle, check extruder tension, clear filament path
Layer shifting Belt tension, mechanical obstruction Check belt tension, ensure smooth axis movement
Stringing/oozing Temperature too high, retraction settings Lower temperature, adjust retraction distance and speed
Warped prints Bed temperature, cooling, ambient temperature Increase bed temperature, reduce cooling, use enclosure

Error Codes

  • E1: Hotend temperature error - Check thermistor and heating cartridge
  • E2: Bed temperature error - Check bed thermistor and heater
  • E3: Thermal runaway - Check all thermal components
  • E4: Power loss - Check power supply and connections
  • E5: Filament runout - Replace or reload filament
  • E6: Motor stall - Check for mechanical obstructions
