Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Software won't launch Missing dependencies, graphics driver issues Update graphics drivers, reinstall Microsoft Visual C++ redistributables
Models won't load Corrupted files, unsupported format Check file integrity, ensure STL/OBJ/3MF format, repair mesh if needed
Slicing errors Non-manifold geometry, thin walls Use mesh repair tools, adjust model thickness, check for holes
Printer not detected Driver issues, USB connection problems Reinstall printer drivers, try different USB port/cable, restart software
Slow performance Large models, insufficient RAM Simplify models, increase virtual memory, close other applications
Export failures Disk space issues, write permissions Free up disk space, run as administrator, check folder permissions

Common Error Codes

  • ERR 101: File loading failed - Check file format and integrity
  • ERR 102: Slicing error - Repair mesh geometry
  • ERR 103: Printer communication failed - Check connection and drivers
  • ERR 104: Memory allocation error - Close other programs, restart software
  • ERR 105: Export failed - Check disk space and permissions
  • ERR 106: Update failed - Check internet connection and firewall
